Hey bro your plants are looking fine ,But i would cut off those 2 lights that are no where near close to your plants .There doin almost nothing ,and also it would cut down on your temps untill you get a bigger fan .And also try placing your fan where it blows right between the tops of your plant and the bottom of the bulb .Also your temps will go down a little bit when you get a bigger fan. But without fresh air coming in your temp's want go down much .And also the more fresh air you got the more you plants will grow. I dont know what you got your lights on but i would go with 18/6 to let your room cool down .But always leave your fan on non stop , and move your fan closer to your pots
