Questions from a grower wannabe

For that size space I would skip veg and just do 12/12 from the beginning if you do veg no more then about 2 weeks. Plant won't start to bud till it's ready but will grow a little smaller

Skip vegging? ok that would be completly useless to say the least... his plants would not make anything more than a puff of smoke.. if your going to give advise know what your talking about...
