I have been smoking pretty much every day for that last 4 years. I`m starting a job the first couple weeks of August and the last time I smoked was July 5. Yesterday, my home test came in the mail so it was time to experiment. My first test was my first piss (the hottest) and I got a VERY FAINT negative line. Now it was time to try my dilution techniques. I drank two 32 ounce poweraids and a red bull. The next piss showed negative right off the bat, but I`m sure it would have come back diluted. I work out 3 times a week and I`m wondering if I`ll be able to to continue smoking if I supplement with creatine? Does anybody know how to home test for dilution? If I could experiment with all the tests I need I would practice up and get the dilution technique down and feel a lot better about toking up. I want to learn my metabolism well enough that I can beat "the man" for the long term. Any Suggestions?
