Lost my smoking buddy

ok so my friend who i grew up with just recently quit smoking weed a week ago to save money and get a good job. now he hangs out with people who we used to hate. im so sad i've lost my smoking buddy, the first time i smoked weed was with him and we've been smoking ever since. hes changed so much since he's quit too. i was at his house a couple days ago and i was packing a bowl in his room and his new friends are telling me how i shouldnt smoke weed and my friend who would usually be telling the kids to go f**k themselves was just sitting there saying nothing, so i had to tell them to go fuck themselves. so the questiong i wanted to ask is have you ever lost one of your friends just because they quit smoking weed?

yes i did about an hour ago his girlfriend for like ages now knows i do it and it (i told her) and she turned straight to him and said you better not do it so now he won't go near it

My current girlfriend is a huge pothead, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I actually quit smoking some time ago, myself, but I still enjoy being around her, and I still like to hang with her when she's smoking, and I still like the same toker friends. I would never let a little thing like smoking or not control who I spend my valuable time with.

he did deal for a while, with me for a little bit aswell. he wants to get a job that requires a drug test though so he had to get it out of his system

ya my girlfriend is a pothead too its great cuz i never have to be worried about smoking in front of her and being high around her i usally just do it with her
