My friend gets weed from a medical place where they sell medical marijuana. He then sells it to me. It looks and smells great, but when I smoke it I don't really get high. Is medical weed diffrent from regular weed?

It's not supposed to be. In fact, it's supposed to be better, because the grows are closer attended. I can vouch for this. A friend in california knows someone with a medical marijuana liscence and we smoked a bit..
Rocked our faces, man. If you're smoking real medicinal weed and not getting high, they did something wrong in the grow.

I smoked some medical weed once. It wasnt that great compared to the chronic that we had gotten earlier. It looked kinda like green bud, but had a good amount of crystals inside it.

I smoked a ten sack by my self and did not feel high like I usually would. I told my dealer to get a diffrent kind, he said it was called train wreck, has any body ever heard of it. Have not smoked it yet but will pretty soon.
