    Need Heat Stress Help (Outdoors)

Looking for any help for my plants that are being stressed by high temps. I live in Northern California and we have had temps above 110 F for 5 days in a row. For the first three days I put them in the shade and the last two days I have kept them in the house next to the window, only putting them out when the temps get to around 90 F. Just last week they where all thriving, now I don't know if they will make it. I have lived here since 1970 and this is the first time I have ever run across such high temps for 5 days.

they'll make it. they havn't started to flower yet....

keep'm cool inside with the ac 'till it cools off outside. giv 'm water but don't over compansate and over water... root rot ya know. a moisture meter from a garden center goes for about 7-8 buck... that'll help u keep um with the right moisture level

    giv'm love... they'll make it

i'm thinking that more water might indeed help. if it's that hot the evaporation from the soil must be significant. don't overwater, but just like any plant, if it's hotter out, the plant will need more water than it's cooler. at 105f, you need quite a bit more water than at 75F imho. that's 30degrees; that's a lot of heat.
