no. if they are black pots, you can get a bit of root damage from them heating up, but isnt very common. I grow in pots, and have no problems. same yield just not as big.

as for how much you will get, 3-4 ounces a plant is common. but shoot low, say 2-3 ounces.

vanislecheeb Reviewed by vanislecheeb on . Stunted growth? I have 2 outdoor plants, both in 5 gallon paint buckets. They are from seed, one is Afghani the other is green crack. They were planted in early march and started for about 2 weeks indoor. The afghani plant is about 6 ft tall right now and the other plant is about 5'7". They are just now starting to flower. They are in fox farm's ocean forest soil. The plants wer topped atleast 5 times each, so they are getting to be on the bushy side. My question is, will their growth be stunted being in the 5 Rating: 5
