Drink a bunch of water before you go to bed after a long night of drinking. Alcohol especially beer imo dries you out if you drink enough cuz your constantly pissing out what water you have left in your body. Usually if I drink 2 or 3 or more full glasses of water before I go to bed it helps immensely. Also It doesn't really make me have to piss cuz most of it is going to rehydrating my body. This is what I have noticed.
