The best way to get rid of them is to just sleep it off.

Yeah, when I got my first hangover a couple months ago (almost completely scared me away from alcohol), I just laid in bed all day. I tried to smoke, but it made me puke because it tasted literally like asshole smells. I couldn't STAND it. I was puking every 10 minutes and shit, it SUCKED.

I just laid in bed with my fan on and the window open, trying to take my mind off of the fact that I was hungover, BAD.

Sorry you have to suffer, mi mano! BUT, I hope, at least, that you had fun last night!!

I've always heard that vitamin C and aspirin are helpful. And plenty of water. A lot of the symptoms of hangover are caused by dehydration, and so water and other non-alcoholic fluids help rehydrate you. Mostly it just takes time.

Oh man, hangovers. They suck ass, and there isn't really anything you can do to get rid of them completly, at least nothing I've tried. People sell miracle cures, but from my experience, and those of my friends, those are totally bogus.

What I do is basically try and stay off my feet, lay in a dark cool room, and just keep drinking water. You're dehydrated, and you need to flush your system out. Sleep as much as you can, and only eat when you think you can handle it, otherwise, as others have said, you will just throw it right back up again.

Just remember, it won't last forever, and now you've learned how much alcohol is too much for you.
