All you have to realise, is that it is a HABIT and not a NEED. Think about it.
I smoke, but they tend to always be joints, so I don't wanna quit, cos I need to be stoned to 'survive' lol.
But I did quit cigarettes (used to smoke 20+ a day), and that was easy. I just realise that I was smoking out of habit - wake up, spark up..eat something, spark up....do something, spark up - I didn't even enjoy it!
And being a truck driver was even worse - I would literally chain-smoke out of boredom.

You'll do it if you want to, dude - if you don't want to, you won't.
It's just a habit, there is no addiction - only routine.
I agree with Bro - don't bother with the nicotine gum etc, they don't do anything
