Well really you should let the leaves completely die to where you can just tug on the leaf and it will pull off. my input.anyone else.
Also, i trim if needed, but i dont do more than 2-3 max a day-2 days.

I wouldnt trim. REally theres no need at all. All you'd be doing is stunting the plants growth for a week so it can repair the cuts.

The leaves are needed to make energy for the plant to flower... so why would you want to cut em off?

If the plant doesnt need them anymore they'll die off naturally which doesnt stunt the plants growth.

I'd leave em... no need to interfer with nature.

Oh damn. How many leaves have you got left? how big are the plants?

    And pics?

I think it might bounce back... if your lucky. But maybe you should start again after reading all the faqs.

It's better to read and get it right first time than not read and never harvest a bud.

If you cut off a few leaves its no big deal. But in the future, its best to just let them fall off as nature intended.

If you remove dying leaves, remove them completely, leaving no petiole (leaf stem).
LEt the leaves die off naturally, only removing them when they are over 50% damaged and just the slightest touch will make them fall. Then remove the dead leaves from your growing area.

ok...i see that i should be in the clear...i have done some very good research on this growing stuff but i do think that i have tons left to learn...i wish that i could post pics but i dont have a camera...i would say that these plants are a little over 1 1|2 ft tall and have plenty of secondary growth under the old fan leaves..that are now gone..also...they are on a 15-9 light cycle...going down an hour each week...till 12-12....i am feeding with 20-20-20 ferts...but am taking a break from those for a little bit...i looked on a web page on plant problems...and i would definitly say that they suffered from nute burn...but they also could be from phospherous deficiency...so i am thinking of going back and feeding them with my rooting solution that is 8-24-12...any suggestions?????

    Secondary growth=good.
If you think they're burnt, cut down on your dilution. Use half. Only 1 tbsp per gallon instead of 2, this includes if you go back to rooting solution. If you have a weak rooting solution that is one of those transpanting/starter solutions, this would be a time to use it in my opinion. The one I use has trace minerals plus vitamins for root growth. Roots are GOOD. And the NPK is pretty low so it won't contribute to your burning.
OR... you could just flush and go back to a regular feeding schedule, but if you're burning your plants, you need to rethink you nutes anyway.
