yeah, my buddy and i usually head up to a bluff in our area, at night, and enjoy the wonders of nature and smoke once we get to our safe haven on the side of the bluff.

anyways, the worst paranoia for us is usually getting back to the car, because its on an otherwise abandoned road, and it would prolly look pretty suspicious if a cop saw our car parked in the middle of fucking nowhere at 2 am or so.

yesterday, we were driving to his house pretty baked still, and a cop turns its sirens and lights on, and we pull over, thinking he'll pass. he edges behind us and starts slowing down, and i'm thinking oh shit, but at the last second he fucking turns down another street. the sigh of relief in the car was audible. :rasta:

Sadly, a lot of people who do drugs or generally break the law don't know their rights. He probably consented to the search, and the cop found the pipe, not a good thing to do. I've avoided many searches by just saying something like 'Officer, I prefer not to waive my constitutional rights to anybody. If you must conduct a search, please show me a warrant and I will be happy to comply.'

Don't let the cop fool you into anything, he can't search you without probable cause, and you stoned off your ass in not probable cause. If he searches you anyway, it's probably an illegal search, in which case you could be carrying a pound of herb and still get off scott free. Be smart, learn your rights and your laws if you smoke.

I once thought a gr. 9 potsmoker, and a gr 9dealer were in with the cops.. nearly beat em both up.. tho it didnt make sense after a while, cuz I'd toked many times w/ both, bought shit.. no cops.. and also the non-dealer guy, beat the shit outta this guy he doesnt like, so I guess its all str8

No he didnt find the pipe while we were there. After talking our way out of it he told us just go to back home. While we were walking away they started to search the truck, THEN they found the pipe. Thats when we started running. Part of our story was that the truck was my friends mom and she was out clubbing with a friend.


About the liscense plates, i have no clue. We all thought he was done for the next day but surprisingly he wasnt.

Although the next day my friend who lived in the neighborhood got in a fight with his dad and his mom called the cops. Guessed who showed up? Same cops who chased us last night. He's grounded for the rest of the summer.

1. Why didn't you just drive home in the truck? Why did you just walk away from it?

2. That was probably an illegal search. If you go to court you better tell your lawyer that. The evidence will not be admissable in court and you will probably get off with nothing. The cop will get in trouble for violating your rights. Now, if he asked if he could search the vehicle and you said yes... Well, that sucks.

i've only ever been paranoid once when i was in my friends house who was on vacation even though they said it was alright. the same friend though gets paranoid everytime and always tries to make us stop smoking before we finish because they think we're going to get caught.

lol, I've smoked with people like that, they get all noid-ass and trip out, but for me it makes the high funnier.
