First I would like to appoligize for my rude comment last night you knwo the whole fuck you part. I work long days 16 hours a day and last night I wasn't in the best of moods so when I wrote I was already pissed off and I guess my anger got vented towards you because of the whole fuck your God comment. I shouldn't have reacted like that but I did so I ask for forgiveness. But I do like a good debate so I will rebutal your post.

I apoligize for that comment. I know your an intellegent person and to hear that you graduated a year in advance make me a little hesatent about this debate. But congrats for jumping ahead in life. You deserve everything that comes to you for your hard work.

But school has nothing to do with knowing if theres a god common sense is what is needed to see the truth.

Your right school has nothing to do with that but.... if you can't prove that God doesn't exist it's not a truth that he doesn't. Common sense tells you that just because you don't see something doesn't mean it's not there.

Yes, but I didn't study or pay attention to much. Graduated with a 2.1 gpa. I suck at schooling. I'm more of a learn by experiance type.

What i was trying to help you open your eyes to is that the pope controls how people vote in our country he has a HUGE influence i would know since my mom wont vote untill she hears the popes view on any major subjects that might disturb "the almighty one".

To my knowledge there is only one Jesus faith group that follows or even cares what the pope has to say and that the catholics. So even though I see your point it doesn't really apply because there are more people that don't care what the pope has to say then there are people that do care.

I almost cried when i was having a conversation with her about faith when i asked a few questions and just watching her try so hard to make reality fit into her fake reality was terrible. I dont talk with my mom about god ever anymore because its not fair for me to tourment her with the truth that she cant accept.

So have you found a way to prove God doesn't exist? You haven't, I guess that doesn't mean your beliefs are the truth. Is it fare for you to say she can't accept the truth when you haven't any truths or proof of your truths.

God is what she uses to cope instead of being real and looking at problems with sense, she gets on her knees and asks some one else to fix her problems.

Even though I don't know your mother I don't think she ask God to fix the problem. I think she asks God to help her deal with the problem in the right way. At least thats wht I do when facing money problems, work problems, marriage problems, kid problems. It's good to admit you can't handle everything cause if you feel you can handle everything the fall or failure it becomes much greater and much harder to get over.

And so do thousands of other people all around the world everyday.

No doubt they do, but what you think they are doing most aren't. Cause most understand that God helps out but he doesn't just fix things. What leasons of life would we learn if he did that?

I would also like to say that people believing in god isnt a bad thing it makes people want to be "good" and set up charities and all that.

I just dont like the fact my world is affected by your god, your faith. Im not a slave to a god that doesnt exists.

I do and don't see how it affects you. I see Christianity being targeted in America. I hear millions of people using the name of my God as a curse word. I see history being taken down in capital because it goes against what someone thinks and believes in. I see others religions being taught in the school while Christianity is highly banned in most schools. I see teachers being fired because they say something about the Christian faith why aithists, agnostic, new agers, etc can freely talk and not fear being fired.

Like mothers say "everything in moderation" but like the new america says "everything in moderation except Christianity".

Be tolerant of others beliefs don't dis them or there God because you don't believe the same. Don't call people dillusional, lunitics, etc because they believe something other then you. Very simple. Debate, rebutal but do it with out being a sneaky with your insults.
