guys i need more help please what should i do. what would happen if i was caught by the police with a resinated pipe and bags that USED to have bud in them (months ago) but have none now not even shake.

also couldi get in trouble for giving this kid $30 so he would give me pot? even though he never gave it to me? wouldnt u think that he would wait till i got his pot to bust me?
