is this what the plants look like?

pictures 1,2,and 4 dont look like weed at all ,well they do just not the kind you are after
they look like random seeds that ya get in bags of soil
ive had one or two grow in a pot with my ganja plants its not uncommon really
just get rid of it if you have ganja growing in the same pot or it will use up the nutrients in the soil making it harder for the ganja plant
