I have tree trunks for legs and i love to squat.... I have just never had to work super hard on my legs.....

I used to like to squat, leg extentions and leg curls.....some lunges every once and a while.


I used to do these things called 21s do 7 reps of leg extentions toes strait 7 reps toes in, and 7 rep toes out....... burn baby burn......
Bong30 Reviewed by Bong30 on . home weight lifting tech's ok any one got come nice weight lifting techniques? im getting bored of normal lifts, im also doin that one where you hold the weight and try to lift with your arm turned over. and the half bent lifts from floor. last year i lsot the weight now its time to build it from raw, cant afford gym yet where i am am theyre all like £100 joining fee £50 a month if u go or not and i just dont agree with that.
