I would work good cardio...remeber FOCUS if you are just going to through them around dont do it.

when i say focus i mean when you stand there and curl you look at the muscle you are working and focus on it and work it it full range....... slow and steady...


i like to Curl... with a twist raise the bar like normal up to chest but then lift elbow up too.....it hits the front delt.

with out a bench it will be hard to hit the chest hard.......... you need a place you can do flys and get extention you need to promote growth.....

Push ups are great but you lack the stretch...............

curl

preacher curl

one arm curl.........with dumbbells. hammer style

seated row........

shoulder shrug

lat pull downs inner outer regular

My all time favorite........incline bench......

P.S. my last time at the gym i put up 385 bench twice... i am off and on.
right now i am working so hard at my job i dont need to work out.
