Remember use sharp focused movement dont just through the weight around.

Think Tecnique all the time....... you will get more out of it, and wont hurt your self.

What do you have.... bench? seated row? Leg machine? free weights? BUcket of sand?

LMAO Bucket of Sand. I remember seeing that thing for the 1st time in the weight room and loosing it. All this expensive equitment, but sometimes you can't go wrong with a bucket of sand!

Me too They also have a good ammount of workout sheets pre-made for you. You can locate one by the equitment you have, how many days you wanna work out in a week and so on. I found one and pasted it into word and customized it to my liking (added excersises for other body parts and removed ones I didn't need). Great stuff considering it's all free.
