Pick up that Arms of Steel work out tape......the guy is a nut!!! With the weight I do I felt that I could use 10# instead of his recommended 2.5#....I WAS WRONG!!!
Have a good one!

^^^Hands down the best workout site I've found on the net.
You can lookup stuff by body part, equitment used and so on. Good Luck! :thumbsup:I was gone for a while and now I\'m back.

Remember use sharp focused movement dont just through the weight around.
Think Tecnique all the time....... you will get more out of it, and wont hurt your self.
What do you have.... bench? seated row? Leg machine? free weights? BUcket of sand?

LMAO Bucket of Sand. I remember seeing that thing for the 1st time in the weight room and loosing it. All this expensive equitment, but sometimes you can't go wrong with a bucket of sand!
