I'd say to use synthetic urin to pass your test but that could be a probem......
You see if you drug test under pain management, the meds that you take should show up on the test so substitution is out of the question because it will show up TOO clean.
The other option is taking a detox drink or dilute and that will mess with your regular med levels as well!! They will certainly look at your RX drug levels if anything to see if your abusing the drugs you've been prescribed.
It's not like you can crush up a couple "perkies" or vicodin (or whatever it is you take for that matter) in your piss to cover yourself, because the volumes will come up too erradic and your ass will be grass for that because it will show your either trying to cover something or are abusing your meds!
If your tests are scheduled and you know when they are coming then I'd say abstinence for a while before your test is the answer.
If your tests are random (and they probably are) then I'd have to say you need to stay off the weed my man because if you test positive for THC you are "screwed" and your meds will be dropped. The pain doctor will cut you off and so will any other pain doctor because you will be either put into the "system" as a drug abuser or your regular doctor is going to want to know why you are requesting a different pain management referal.
Never mind, your regular doctor will probably be contacted by your pain doctor if you test positive for any illegal substances, and my friend, it is not worth the long road back to being trusted by your physician, orthopedic surgeon and or family doctor.
Imagine going without your meds just because you wanted to get a buzz.
You have to ask yourself: "Is it worth it?" and then make your decision.
How about this?:
If you get busted you can then smoke all the weed you want because your meds will be cut off faster than you can say "ball-sack sandwich".
Dont ask me where I came up with that.
Good luck. You'll need it.
