Any tips not to get burnt out

the only thing that seems to work is smoking more but that makes the burnout heavier when it does come. plz im really burnt out here and I would love to be able to do somthing tonight rather then nurse this burntness

i normally like the burn out for sleep. but i try to stay active to keep awake, but sometimes its hard and i do nap.

Even when I'm feeling burntout, I can almost still keep myself up and at it. Most of my friends just pass out and end up getting beer cans thrown at their heads or some other shit to keep them awake. I try to tell them that it's all in their heads and if they focus they can keep themselves up.

But usually when I drink and smoke it's guaranteed I'll pass out.

If you don't want to be so burnt out i say you need to get off your ass and do something. lol Just go out, maybe play a little sport. It works for me.
