the Colorado River toad and Sonoran Desert toad contain 5-MeO-DMT and bufotenin (two hallucinogenic tryptamines) in their skins that they normally secrete when they feel threatened, and do so as a defensive maneuver. It does not get you high (as others have said) but instead causes you to trip.
