A bad work man blames his tools

U can get quite good standard pics of a 35mm point and shoot

U don't have to get a state of the art device to take good photos. I'm not saying it doesn't help tho.. after 35-70mm in flamingskullballs post is usefull to me.. any more info like that floating in someones pipe smoke? (am i hijackin some one's thread by askin that?)

THen I have a Minolta Maxxum 370si which I've used here and there. I'm shopping for lenses for this one as I only have a basic 35-70 for it.
