dont use the digital camera...most digital, unless your willing to spend $1500 plus, are shit

ive got a canon EOS 650, Olympus OM-10, Olympus OM-2 and a pentax k-1000...but most of my photagraphy is done with pinhole cameras...and my two Olympus are broken, however.

your camera ae-1 is quite nice, but not the easiest to find lenses for

the minolta blows, sorry to say

35-70mm is a good all-around lense, and you usually wont need more then that....its nice, to have a fisheye lense, for cool effects (make the tower look like its really "towering" over you) and maybe a 70-110mm lense...the higher you go in magnification, the more steady youll have to be, and the more light youll need...so with a 110mm lense, your going to have about an 8 degree field of range...so definantly get a tripod

monopods and bipods are useless, IMO...but a tripod is essential

and another
flamingskullballs Reviewed by flamingskullballs on . Any photographers here? Any photo heads around? Pro, amateur, semi, whatever? I'm thinking of seriously delving into it. I never really had the time, aside from when I was younger, to really explore. I have an old Canon AE-1 that my father gave me years ago. I need to get some work done it on it though. THen I have a Minolta Maxxum 370si which I've used here and there. I'm shopping for lenses for this one as I only have a basic 35-70 for it. I'm trying to find something (lense) with a good all-around range and Rating: 5
