good weeed makes you cough....uhm, no. THC does not irritate your lungs, therefore it doesnt make you cough. The burning plant material or inhaling too much air is what makes you cough. I'm not really sure if coughing will get you higher or not but after smoking for several years i rarely cough unless i am smoking more than usual. This might lead some people to think that they are getting higher because they coughed, but in reality they just took bigger hits or smoked more.

sounds like a myth to me.
