I'm on supervised probation and I got drug tested when I first started the probation and I passed. Ive been clean for about 4 months then I decided to smoke a couple of blunts with my boys. I have no criminal record and this is the first time I have been on probation. What will give them a reason to drug test me and what is the best method to get clean fast just incase?

What the hell you have no criminal record why are you on probation then??

The ways to get rid of it are, sweat, sweat loads as much as you can it only stays in your piss 3-4 days i think so dont worry

I got on supervised probation for a DUI. Well exactly they bumped me down to underage drinking with a plea bargain with the DA. I have this for a year and if I dont fuck up, I can get it sponged.

Your best Defense.. stay clean until you can get unsupervised probation. I was on probation for 5 years. 2 years supervised, and 3 un supervised. PO's, don't need a reason to piss test you. It's part of the sentance. Probation is Jail without bars. Do exactly as they say, show up, stay employed, and stay out of trouble. If they tell you to stand in a corner on your head. DO IT>> these people are usually pretty cool.. Unless you give them reason, or they start suspecting. Stay stable.

I mean I smoke once in awhile and I really dont want to be caught off guard. I'm on supervised probation for a year and then I'm done. My DUI gets wiped clean. Before this I have never been in trouble with the law. And the first drug test I took I came up clean so I dont think he should suspect anything. Yeah but what I'm saying is will they randomly drug test you?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
