Island authorties are baffled as to the spike in tourist numbers.'slowthestone Reviewed by slowthestone on . Affordable/Practical Alternatives or...cheap tip of the day! After tons of shopping, browsing, looking, brain storming etc...there is much about a good grow that the grower shouldn't want to 'go cheap' on. Bulbs, ballasts, pH/tds meters and automated systems to name a but a few. Saving money on items less critical than grow light set-ups, carbon filters, good nutrients, CO2 and such...means having more money available to purchase things a grower ought not be frugal about.
