I read this quote one time and I thought it was pretty funny. "America ranks first in illegal drug use and last in education. So it seems that the War on Drugs doesn't work at all. What we should do is start a War on Education, and in no time we'll all be hooked on phonics."

I just got through reading this book on neurochemistry, and it was saying how the logical fallacy of the Reagan administration's "This is you brain on drugs" is that your brain is always on drugs. Always. If your brain wasn't on drugs, it would be a hunk of meat between your ears with as much useful parts as the appendix.
