Those things can go quite fast you know. The normal retail ones can up to 30mph. This is law enforcment though, and from what I hear top speed is 60mph.
So no, you can't outwalk them, but I can see them wiping out if they were chasing someone.

yeah but the OTHER new UNDERCOVER cop vehicle in NY is some dodge (the one that looks like a herst) with a fucking Hemi in it. It has like 300 hp.....sucks for anyone wanting to outrun that.
