When i do XtC i cary around a fatty gallon-2 gallon jug and just keep refilling it over the night when your pee is white u know ur drinking enouph water.You can drink to mcuh water but ive never done it or seen it happen and i drink aloott of water.

However much you feel you need. Remember always drink before you feel thirsty. Don't be too extreme about it, but know your body.

Sorry, I know this is kind of an old thread. oh well.

Anyway, it just depends on what you're gonna do. If you're gonna be dancing or something, you should drink a lot of water. I mean, at least drink a sip or so every half hour. Well, even if you're not doing anything physical, and just sitting around, I still think you should drink water at least every hour or so.

Ecstacy really drains your body of liquids, and the worst part is that many times you don't even feel thirsty.

not sure where youd get it, but get that water thing clarified.
a chick died in oz awhile ago and they put it down to the amount of water they drunk.
its easy to dilute the salts in your brain apparently.

be on the safe side and do a saline solution enema every 10 minutes.

your supposed to drink 1/2 a pint per hour if your non-active and 1 pint per hour if you are active.

dont drink too much cuz if you drink too much your body thinks you have too much water in you and your kidneys just shut down..thats what the news said..lol.

if you're really paranoid about drinking non-stop and you want to constantly drink, then you can drink sports drinks like gatorade to your heart's desire (they have salts in them to replenish what you piss out haha) i'm stoned.

dont drink too much - you'll get hypertromnia and that's how people die off of doing ecstacy... and tbh the effect will get worse if you drink too much

just take a few sips every once in a while and watch what your mates r doing too
