Cause of yellowingIF your tests show now N, then why do you think you've got fert burn? Burn gives you brown tips and edges. N def gives you yellow leaves. You need more N.

Cause of yellowingbeen feeding them bio-gro, a organic fert. mix it up with water, 1ml with every liter. (8.0-2.0-6.0) feed once every 2 days. the leaves go yellow and then the tips go brown and crisp up, eventually the whole leaf crisps up

Cause of yellowingyea leaves get crispy from a lack of n.your ph was low probably locking out nutes also.i would watch for signs of being rootbound on the 3 gallon pots.

Cause of yellowingyou would want your ph to about 6.0-6.5
I think the tips going brown could be a little burn, but with your ph being 5.5, it affects the absorption, while the plant is draining the food from those leaves, causing the yellowing as a sign of N deficiency. It might be best to stop feeding, adjust your ph, and give water, it will mix with the ferts already present in the soil.
