That's only kind of half the story. Obviously I simplified this, we all know (well at least most of us do ) that the situation in the Mideast is far more complex. Did the U.S. government even try to stop the Crips activity? Um, not too successfully

When they kidnap Mounties did the U.S. government ignore the situation? What if it was beyond the U.S. Govt ability? The Crips have been around a long, long time. Seems the U.S. Govt hasn't had much luck stopping them so farAre the Crips preaching about the ousting of Canada and turning into a Crip state? What if they did? Does it make it ok for Canada to blast the hell out of innocent Americans?

Don't get me wrong. I'm not some bleeding hear-liberal-left winger claiming terrorism doesn't exist and that we should have a national "Invite An Al-Qeada Member To Tea" day. I say hunt those fuckers down. On the other hand, Isreal shouldn't be allowed to simply wipe out Beirut, killing hundreds of innocent women and children, simply because a couple of their soldiers were kidnapped. Or, more likley, because the Nazis killed millions of Jews during the Holocaust.

What I find fascinating is the way MJ attacks, then inevitably recedes and isn't heard from again while people respond to his posts. When people confront him with either his absurd, rude comments or his cowardice (in the matter of the moderation no-flame poll, which his comments prompted), he stays hidden under his little rock.

That being said, I gotta agree that Isreal is going way overboard. Think of it this way, a bunch of Crips have started bringing drugs into Canada. Things get rough and a bunch of mounties, and some innocent civilans, get killed. The next thing you know, Canada is launching rockets into Buffalo housing projects. Not too cool.
