The first time I smoked a bong (second time ever smoking) I went to the bathroom and coughed like hell and almost puked every single hit... I didn't though.

Feeling like that is normal when you first start smoking

Heres some tips.

Number 1, breath between hits.

Number 2, when your coughing, cover your mouth hard so you only let a little air get out. Breathe out FULLY to get all the smoke out of your lungs, then take controlled deep breaths. That happened my second time doing it.
