umm well iv only smoked weed about 3 or 4 times.. and everytime i smoke it.. i feel sick and it feels like im going to throw up.. is that normal?

I bet you dont smoke cigs, if not it might just be because of the fact that you are smoking that it makes you sick

Dont smoke as much next time but move up slowly as time goes on

your body will tell you when you've had enough
