no like everytime i take a hit im just like "i need a drink, im going to get one".. b/c im usually with my friends lol.. and i really feel like im going to throw up everytime i take a hit.. i feel really sick.. it sucks.. and i dont think i swallow it lol

to be honest, youre probably nervous to be smoking weed. it will pass in time. even if u dont feel nervous, you probably still are a little bit, and thats whats probably causing your nausea.

dont worry bro should be gone in a few more times and youll get hungry instead of sick.

Yeah man probably just nerves. I felt really sick my first time. I smoked too much I guess, and I only knew two of the eight or so people there so it wasn't the best atmosphere.

Try to get outside, walk around if you can that always helped me, the fresh air and scenery what have you. This way you won't dwell on how you're feeling.

I think its normal for the first few times, I got sick my first time but i was also drunk and that helped make me throw up. Just relax, if you feel crowded get some fresh air and have a glass of water. Also since your new to it i wouldent smoke too much, you can only get so high then it becomes a waste
