CFL Lights

Where is a good/cheap place to buy some CFL lights ?? I need the ones for veg with a high kelvin rating. All the ones on EBay are 3000K or Under...Looking for the light to be $4.00 or under each but any thing under $9.00 would work. or could I use the 3000K for the whole project?

everyone says walmart or home depot, but neither in memphis had cool blue's. Inside sun has some that'll do wonders.
