Shake the kif from the stems. There's a video on www.waytoomany.com, under the marijuana section, titled, "don't throw away your stems." Check it out! I easily made a shaker in that video and you can too. Best thing to do with them.

I made food woth stems once, yuck! I barely choked them down and it idnd't do a damn thing.
