I have a hand powered drill that looks really old w/ what im guessing is something like that diamond drill bit alive is talking about. Its a little tricky to start but it should work fine.

The first time I needed a hole in something glass i got my electronics teacher to do it for me lol (not knowing what I was using it for). Although the other teacher who saw asked me if it was gonna be used for a bong, but i got the teacher to tell him it was for a lamp. He was an awesome teacher.
