HELP PLEASE!!!!

Hey, i got 4 plant outside growing.
But i dont think it has started to flower yet.
Its to early still.
But the thing is that all the white hairs on top of the 4 plants
is getting browner.But shouldnt it change color on the pistils when its flowering,not now.
Have no clue.
Its the first time i came so far.
