Everybody is somewhere in the middle, even Torog, though he would never admit it. But it seems to be the American way to see only 2 sides to every matter. Republican vs Democrat, left vs right, me vs you, us vs them.

Nothing is black and white, it's all shades of grey. Bush is completely wrong when he says crap like 'either you're with us, or you're against us.' Sadly, with the bi-partisan political system in place in the States, it's really hard to go the 'sensible' route, weighing the pros and cons of each side of the debate. IMHO, getting rid of this out-dated bi-partisan crap would probably be the first step in solving a great deal of problems in the US.

It's just common sense, really.... How is it possible that a country with over 300,000,000 people can only have 2 (!!) parties to choose from?
