    My New Vaporbrothers

Hi all, this is my first post but I couldn't contain my excitement over the anticipated arrival of my Vaporbrothers GNES Vaporizer that I bought on eBay later this week. So that I can make the best use of this thing as soon as I get it, I would like to hear any and all tips that you might have on how to operate it. Any advice would be appreciated, from the most simple operating instructions, to cleaning advice, to advanced tecniques.

    Thanks!

Didn't it come with a manual or directions? If you can't figure it out, even though vapes tend to be very easy, just google Vaporbro's or whatever, and you'll prolly find tonz of info.

Otherwise vapes rule for gettin stoned off ur ass on a just a pinch of weed, have fun :stoned:

I've been using a Vapor Bros for a while now and love it. Here's my tips:

    1. Grind your bud up really fine.

2.Don't pack too much in at a time or you'll burn the bud if it's too close to the heating element. Several small bowls works better than one big one.

    3. .Set the temp to a point where the heating element just starts to glow. You should have to look at it to see it. You don't want a bright orange glow, it will burn the weed and make smoke

    4. When you've finished the bowl you want the weed to be brown. If it is black you've either put too much in or have it turned up to high. Black bud means burned bud and that means smoke, not vapor.

    5. Hit the bowl until you can't get any more vapor. Then stir it up and hit it again before loading another bowl.

    6. The best tool you can get is a simple flat head wood screw. Not sure exactly what size it is but there is one where the head fits the bowl pretty much perfectly. Use it to pack the bowl down so the bud doesn't fall out when you hold it up to the heating element.

    7. Changing the screen is a pain in the ass. Think twice before you pop the old screen out because it will probably take you a while to get the new one in right. I find the best way is to take the flexible tuning off and, using something long and thin like a bamboo skewer, guide it in from both ends. Also, I found it close to impossible to get the stiff screens sold for the VaporBros in. The standard brass screens from any headshop work fine and are a lot easier.
