Dolomite and perlite -obviously- aren't nutrient sources. Blood and bone meal are. But they take a while to break down, and neither is a balanced stand-alone fertilizer.

You still need to find and use one of the many stand-alone nutes out there that has the appropriate npk plus micronutrients. And to make organics more available, you can also add micorrhizae to the soil.

For fert schedules, what to use, etc. you have too many options for me to get into, just read the boards for a while and you'll get a sense for what your plants need.
