That tooth is not just going to fall out it will rot and then your
nerves will be exposed and then your jaw will become swollen
with an abscess. I would go get that tooth fixed.

And let me add that a abscess will be the worst pain you ever experienced,aside from getting kicked in the nutz...

i dont know if its the same thing but once i everytime i swallowed some saliva, it felt like a fish bone was stuck there.
it turns out i scratched my throat(somehow), maybe you scratched your throat.

if you smoked and it happened while high chances are its your tonsils, it happens to me time to time the smoke sometimes is very hot and irritates it making it swell and feel like a seed or something is stuck.

coke will numb the gum but will not relieve the pain,,, Yur looking at only 2 reliefs...

1 percoset,oral opiates...
2 relieve the pressure that is causing the pain...

an abscess is an infection that is essentially puss building up and has no way to escape... the pressure on the nerves is the cause of the pain... at this point a dentist will drill the cavity to relieve it and then prescribe antibiotics to kill the infection... an oral surgeon seem to enjoy extraction,which is never fun...

I drilled my own tooth on a couple of occasions,and as soon as the puss started squirting out the pain was instantly gone...
