you also have to remember half the people on this site are still kids and cant smoke at home where they have the option of incense, TV, choice of lighting or choice of temperature.

the most valuable info for them would be how to deal with paranoia...just a suggestion
That's covered too. I look at all of the reasons for paranoia and general anxiety and show how to avoid them as much as possible.

I think that because I'm trying not to turn this into one long advert I'm not really describing the book in full. It covers a lot of ground to be honest. I hope I might have described it a bit better in my posting above. The things I was talking about with regard to setting and the high is just one tiny part of it. I have to cover basic things to make it a broad book and help those who are new to dope - but on the whole it's about getting a good high and learning how to seriously explore consciousness, not just having the right incense.

I hope you all don't mind a plug for my book, whch is being released in a couple of weeks. If it's inappropriate to post here then do let me know and I'll pull the message. 'Headstuff' is a fascinating, easy-to-read guide to getting the best out of a Cannabis high. Although Cannabis has been used for over 3,500 years to help promote altered states and experiences, there is little literature that tells users how to explore it in this context. Rating: 5
