My plant is about 3 weeks old and was just wondering what you could tell me about it. I found it in a bag of weed I bought so threw it in some soil and it has grown. I know the plant canâ??t be sexed until it flowers but the internodes of my plant are growing what I can only think are leaves. I have not used and lights at all except sunlight and a desk lamp, this is mainly due to the fact I had no expectation that it would grow and now it is bigger I have scrambled about trying to find out what to do with. I think it will need repotting soon and any advice on that is appreciated. Ill have to send links to the pictures as I cant upload them on this site, I donâ??t know how and I have tried very hard it just annoys me ! Thanx for help

Your plant needs:
Transplanting (biger pot at least 3 gallons) water first, turn upside down hold it with your hand, main cola between fingers then repot in the soil(3 gallon pot) you prepared before. Don't water for 2-3 days.
Lights - CFL 250-400W
Nutes- veg.nutes (more N than PK) organic if you can (start with lower dose)
Sterilized Water (bottled or water left at least 3 days opened)
Fan
After you trun the lights 12-12 you are going to find out the sex of the plant.

Should i water the pot it is originally in first and put water in new container before transaplant and leave for couple a days, and i have heard the term stretched allot what does this mean what are its effects how can i stop it?

Stretching can be caused by stress from lack of light causing them to search for it (which could cause problems down the line). What types of lights do you have? And no, you dont have to wet the new pot with the soil in it. Just water the old pot with your plant in it. I'm too lazy to type how to transplant step by step again so just do a search for it .

Cheers im sure ill manage it. Currently i have sunlight, i am about to purchase some lighting in the next couple of days what sort of light should i be buying, i was heard metal halide good for veg stage, of should i get something else?

Metal Halides are too much money and use too much electricity. Why use MH's when you can successfully grow the same plant under a couple of CFL's that probably use 25 watts and emits just as much as 80 watts altogether with a successful grow? I recommend you buy some cool white CFL's for seedlings and vegging stage. Also you can buy some warm whites too just to get a mixture of the light spectrum. For flowering, if you want a reasonable yield your probably gonna have to go ahead and buy a 400-600 watt HPS though :thumbsup:.

CFL-s are better for veg. stage, but if you buy metal halide buy it with the option, so you can switch from MH to HPS (high presure sodium-for flowering stage).

Cheers ill have a look at that great help, but one thing about this plant of mine there are leaves growing at all the internodes is this normal?

Yes, that is normal .

Write then ill have to buy one of those bulbs, ill keep you updated and how it goes and try attach some pictures if I ever work out how to do it

Ill send a link if I donâ??t manage it thanx for all your help im off to the garden centre in on hour to get the nutes Skunkme suggested. Now is a fan that necessary? Whatâ??s its use, does airflow make so much difference as I take my plant outside allot. What sort of what bulb am I looking at in watts? once again thanks but after all this effort I just no its gunna be a sodding male! but I can always get some more seeds.

P.S sorry for the barrage of questions its just growing it is probably as much fun as smoking it!
