Nope. Used to be that religion was justification for drug use under the 1st amendment, but the Supreme Court gutted that not long ago when some Native folk got busted for peyote. Court said the laws criminalizing peyote were not intended to discriminate on the basis of religion so the state had every right to prohibit its use. Congress tried to fight back with Religious Freedom Restoration Act, but SC knocked that down too. We are no longer in a democracy, or didn't you folks know that?
