Use cannabis religously, free of persecution!!! check it out
I recently posted this exact same thread in the spirituality forum, both relevant. I was tripping at first, and didn't believe it either, but it's true.
Imagine using god's sweetest flower free of persecution, and in peace. I use cannabis religiously, and you can too. We are protected by the first amendment. You think I'm kidding, check it out for yourself: http://www.thc-ministry.org/

Technically its not entirely free from prosecution. If you are caught they will pay for and appoint a lawyer for you. If the lawyer loses the case you are busted.

Nope. Used to be that religion was justification for drug use under the 1st amendment, but the Supreme Court gutted that not long ago when some Native folk got busted for peyote. Court said the laws criminalizing peyote were not intended to discriminate on the basis of religion so the state had every right to prohibit its use. Congress tried to fight back with Religious Freedom Restoration Act, but SC knocked that down too. We are no longer in a democracy, or didn't you folks know that?
