NO!!!! Do not excersice[U]. I recently failed a drug test and had to take a counsling session to keep my job. When I was there the counselor told me that excersing is the WORST thing you can do. The fat cells break down and release the THC stored in them into your bloodstream.

I don't really have money to go out buy a flush, but I drink 64 oz bottle of water a day. Is this enough to clear out my piss naturally? Everyone tells me it takes like two months for your body naturally clear itselfs out ( Like with out massive water cosumption)...
