When to move to Hydro..
Usually you can let them go for about 3-4" in a RW hand water setup like that. Longer if you want.
What setup do you plan on using?
If your using a bubbler all you need is a 1'' tap root then adjust water level to its submerged.

When to move to Hydro..
white snoop.. thanks. i'm planning on using a home made bubbler.
jdzzle03.. yes i did soak the rw before putting them in.
the seedlings.. i dont know whats going on.. the cubes are all mangled from me squeezing them to get the water out.. so now i'm not sure if the roots can grab on.
q.. can i have each plant in its own bubbler.. such as an individual tupperware container for each plant? ..it makes it more portable i think.
thanks again for your help..

When to move to Hydro..
yes, you can have seperate bubblers for your plants. But its more maintanence w/ all those resivours. You could use a rubber maid or a cooler as a Bubbler and have both of the plants in there. Either way will work, its just that having differnt res's is a hassle(especially when working w/ one strain)
Also, dont squeeze the rw anymore.
No nutes, just plain water. Always make sure the RW is wet.

When he says make sure you keep the RW wet, he doesn't mean saturated though. Also, the RW squeas is really a gental squees and shake, but you are past that point. Good luck.
