answer 1: yes, if pollen escaped, it will be everywhere in your cabinet, and will need a THOROUGH cleaning, and can remain viable more than long enough to screw up your next crop ... answer 2: the seeds, if mature, will be the same as the parentage, although be aware several phenotypes may occur, meaning there may be big differences between the plants from each seed ...
