Stoned at work?
A little background first
I have been smoking for 35 years. Every day. At work. At home. On weekends, on Holidays. In my car. At the dining table. In the living room. As time passed it took something above average to make the neural connection. Then I did someone a favor and I had unlimited access to some White Widow from Dutch Passion seeds and I could smoke to my hearts content.
From 1998 to 2002 I was the saw man for a commercial construction
project and started every morning with fine coffee and a Lucky Strike sized
smoke of the kindest kind. After I got ??ready? I would drive to the construction site. This was one of those deals where I owned the company, knew the owner of the building, we were off the main road, and he smoked too. When I left for work I made sure to bring at least three more joints as I had to get the owner stoned and there were up to six workers on site.
One morning, as I leaned over the (very dangerous ) table saw, one of the carpenters asked for a smoke. We sat down on the ground floor and I fired up one of my ??spare? smokes. As we finished the carpenter was not as talkative as usual so I asked if he was OK? He said he was fine. I asked if he was stoned enough or if I needed to light another one. He stared at me and asked how I was able to run the saw without getting hurt and make all the cuts the first time. No problem I told him, lots of practice.
The helpers were no better, we would be up in a basket thirty feet in the air and I would break out the joint. Two or three puffs and they were done. The owner was another matter. He was a constant smoker, five to eight times a day. He didn??t like my stuff because he wanted to nap afterwards.
Before you get the wrong idea, my sons smoke this stuff all the time and they can handle it. When my #2 son was on site most people stayed away from us while we were on break.
I do have one strict rule: if I am operating heavy equipment that day NO WEED until I got home. That might be 8pm or so but it is no problem. Heavy equipment is dangerous to other people so I need to be very very careful.
At the moment I work sober because of the random wizz quiz??s. After I make some money I??ll start another business and live the way I want to.
